If you take it too seriously, of course you will hate it; however, it's quantity of "dudes" and "right ons" brings laughs and faint memories of about 15 years ago. I like its ability to make me simply chuckle at obvious jokes and silliness, and its ability to make me want to watch its precursor, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" 1989. If you are looking for a film full of multifaceted jokes, and totally mature humor, don't watch it; however, if you want a film that is humorous and silly, yet intelligent and engaging, you will enjoy it. I actually wish more of this sort of picture showed up in today's theatres. And hey, it's Keanu Reeves acting the way everyone parodies him as 't get much better than that.

Bill & ted's bogus journey plot. * HERE BE SPOILERS. br> Bill and Ted's adventure continues. An evil rebel in the future sends back two evil robot copies of Bill and Ted. Their mission; to kill Bill and Ted and see to it that their music never will form the future. The robots have no hard time of killing Bill and Ted, and the real Bill and Ted are already dead when they realize they have to fight back. It is not too late, just a little more complicated. They just have to duel with Death, go to hell and heaven to do it.
The second movie about Bill and Ted is really good, not as good as the first one, but good nonetheless. The humor is just as silly. I guess many will find it a little too stupid but I think they manage to balance on that edge which separates success from just juvenile junk. There are not as many interesting characters this time around but the character of Death makes up for all this. He is great. A nice story where details and twists are used to their full potential. All in all, good fun with no serious sense at all.
